Mango Coconut Milk Smoothie is a refreshing and creamy tropical drink made with ripe mangoes and rich coconut milk. It’s a dairy-free, vegan-friendly smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
  • 1 tsp lime or lemon juice (optional)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add mango chunks and coconut milk to a blender.
  2. Include lime juice, sweetener, and optional chia or flaxseeds if using.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes for a colder, thicker smoothie and blend again.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with mango slices, shredded coconut, or mint if desired.
