Lobster Ravioli Sauce is a rich, creamy, and indulgent sauce that perfectly complements the delicate flavors of lobster ravioli. Made with butter, garlic, white wine, and cream, this velvety sauce enhances the natural sweetness of lobster and creates a restaurant-quality dish at home. Perfect for special occasions or weeknight dinners, this sauce adds depth and elegance to your seafood meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for a fresh, zesty note)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for added richness)

  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the sauce base: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

  • Add wine and broth: Pour in white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes,  Stir in the chicken or seafood broth and simmer for another 3-4 minutes to reduce slightly.

  • Add cream and season: Lower the heat, stir in heavy cream, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Add Parmesan cheese for extra richness if desired.

  • Toss with ravioli: Cook lobster ravioli according to package instructions. Toss it in the prepared sauce or spoon the sauce over the ravioli.

  • Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley or basil. Serve immediately with a light salad and a glass of white wine.
