Loaded Baked Potato Dip is a creamy, no-cook appetizer that captures the flavors of a classic loaded baked potato. Made with sour cream, cheese, and green onions, it’s perfect for chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 4 oz softened cream cheese or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for a thicker dip
  • Optional toppings: extra shredded cheese, chopped chives

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  3. For a thicker consistency, blend in softened cream cheese or Greek yogurt.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra cheese or chives if desired.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
  7. Serve with chips, pretzels, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Notes
