Ingredients

  • 1 package (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for the meatloaf)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping, optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, and 1/4 cup ketchup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently until combined.
