Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pie crust (graham cracker, chocolate, or cookie crust)
  • 1.5 quarts ice cream (any flavor), softened slightly
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Optional toppings: chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, sprinkles, chopped nuts, crushed cookies, fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Let ice cream sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften.
  2. Spread softened ice cream evenly into the prepared pie crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  3. Place the pie in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  4. Before serving, top with whipped cream and any desired toppings.
  5. Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve immediately.
