Ingredients

  • Goat cheese (softened)
  • Cream cheese (softened)
  • Honey
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Hot sauce (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
  4. In a small saucepan, gently warm honey with red pepper flakes and optional hot sauce over low heat until infused.
  5. Pour half of the hot honey over the cheese mixture.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, herbs, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until warm and lightly golden on top.
  8. Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining hot honey.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
