Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts into the baking dish and pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken. Coat evenly.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Spoon extra sauce over the chicken before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley
