Homemade No Churn Ice Cream is a simple and creamy dessert made with just a few ingredients, no ice cream maker required! Customize it with your favorite mix-ins and flavors for a delicious, rich treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for vanilla ice cream)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, crushed cookies, fruit puree, caramel swirls, or any flavorings of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.ently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.Add any mix-ins, such as chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or fruit puree. Gently fold them into the ice cream base.

Notes
