Halloween Chicken Parm Sliders are mini sandwiches packed with crispy chicken, marinara, and melty mozzarella—decorated with spooky toppings like olive ‘eyeballs’ and cheese spider webs. They’re festive, flavorful, and perfect for Halloween gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 cooked breaded chicken tenders or cutlets
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese (or 2 cups shredded)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 6 black olives, sliced (for eyes)
  • Optional: edible eyes, basil leaves, string cheese, Halloween picks or cookie cutters

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms intact. Place bottom halves in the baking dish.
  3. Place one cooked chicken tender or cutlet on each bun base.
  4. Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken, then top with mozzarella slices or shredded cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
  5. Cover with top halves of the buns.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and decorate with Halloween toppings: add olive ‘eyeballs’ with edible eyes, string cheese spider webs, basil leaves, or themed picks.
  9. Serve warm.
