This Ground Beef & Eggs recipe is a quick, protein-packed dish that’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It combines savory ground beef with creamy eggs and can be customized with spices, cheese, or vegetables for extra flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices like paprika or chili flakes.
  6. Push the beef to one side of the skillet. Crack the eggs into the empty side and scramble or fry them as desired.
  7. Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, stir everything together in the skillet.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Serve hot.
