Golden Graham Bars are a no-bake dessert made with crunchy cereal, gooey marshmallows, and melty chocolate. They deliver all the flavor of classic s’mores in an easy-to-make treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows (divided)
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping, optional)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter, corn syrup, and chocolate chips together, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the Golden Grahams cereal and 3 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir gently to coat everything evenly.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan using a spatula or wax paper.
  5. While still warm, press the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows and extra chocolate chips on top, if desired.
  6. Let the bars cool at room temperature until set (about 30–60 minutes).
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Add peanut butter to the melted mixture for a nutty twist.For gooey chunks, fold in extra marshmallows at the end.Drizzle white chocolate or caramel over the top once cooled.Use allergy-friendly chocolate for a nut-free version.Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
