  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  4. Spoon the garlic herb mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, spreading to coat the surface.

  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the herb mixture sit for 5–10 minutes before spreading on salmon.Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.Substitute dried herbs if needed (use one-third the amount).Avoid overcooking to keep salmon moist and flaky.Fresh lemon juice is recommended for the brightest flavor.
