Garlic Butter Steak Bites are juicy, seared cubes of steak tossed in a rich and flavorful garlic butter sauce. They’re quick to make, packed with savory flavor, and perfect as a main dish, appetizer, or protein-packed snack.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season all sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet, and stir in the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Return the steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
