Frozen Yogurt Popsicles are a refreshing, healthy, and customizable frozen treat made with yogurt, fruit, and natural sweeteners. Perfect for summer snacks, post-workout fuel, or kid-friendly desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt or regular yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, mango, banana)
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 24 tbsp milk or fruit juice (if needed to thin)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, fruit, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk or juice to adjust consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  5. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until fully solid.
  7. To release, run molds under warm water for a few seconds before removing popsicles.
