Frozen Protein S’mores are a cool, high-protein twist on the classic campfire dessert. Featuring graham crackers, protein yogurt, marshmallows, and melted chocolate, they’re perfect as a nutritious, freezer-friendly snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 full graham crackers, broken in half (to make 16 squares)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or protein yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows or 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
  • Sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the protein powder with Greek yogurt until smooth and thick. Adjust with more yogurt if needed.
  2. Place 8 graham cracker squares on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Spread a thick layer of the protein yogurt mixture onto each graham cracker base.
  4. Top with mini marshmallows or a spoonful of marshmallow fluff.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle or spread the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer.
  7. Top with the remaining graham cracker halves to form sandwiches.
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  9. Freeze for 2–3 hours or until fully set.
  10. Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy!

Notes
