Frozen Peach Crisp is a cozy, fruit-forward dessert made with frozen peaches and topped with a buttery oat crumble. It’s easy to prepare, available year-round, and perfect for serving warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (or 3 tbsp flour)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Crisp Topping:
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine frozen peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Transfer peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold cubed butter and cut it in with a pastry cutter or your fingers until mixture is crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle topping evenly over peaches.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes, until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Best enjoyed warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

No need to thaw the peaches—use them straight from the freezer.Add chopped pecans or walnuts to the topping for extra crunch.For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour and oats.If filling is too runny, bake a little longer until thickened.Store leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
