Frosted Lemonade is a refreshing, slushy drink made with lemon juice, sweetener, and ice, optionally blended with a creamy element like vanilla ice cream. It’s perfect for warm weather, parties, or as a cool treat anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar or simple syrup (to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 3 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen lemonade concentrate (optional)
  • Optional garnish: lemon slices, mint

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice with sugar or simple syrup. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add cold water and mix until well blended.
  3. Place ice in a blender.
  4. Pour the lemon mixture over the ice.
  5. Add the creamy element if using — vanilla ice cream or frozen lemonade concentrate.
  6. Blend until the mixture is slushy and smooth.
  7. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon slices or mint if desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
