Ingredients

  • Cream cheese (softened)
  • Sour cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dill pickles (finely chopped)
  • Pickle juice
  • Ranch seasoning mix
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Black pepper
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Butter
  • Fresh dill (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs and toast until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in chopped pickles, a splash of pickle juice, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in half of the toasted breadcrumbs for added texture.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle the remaining toasted breadcrumbs on top.
  • Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
