Easy Peach Crisp is a warm, comforting dessert made with juicy peaches and a buttery oat topping. It’s simple to make with pantry staples and perfect served warm with ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh, frozen, or canned peaches (peeled and sliced if fresh)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Add cold cubed butter and use a pastry cutter or fingers to work it into a crumbly topping.
  6. Sprinkle topping evenly over the peaches.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until topping is golden brown and peach filling is bubbling.
  8. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
