Easy Dirt Pudding Cheesecake Bars are a fun, no-bake dessert featuring layers of crushed Oreos, creamy cheesecake, rich chocolate pudding, and whipped topping. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or kid-friendly treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed (reserve 1/2 cup for topping)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), divided
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • Gummy worms (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies (reserving 1/2 cup for topping) and mix with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the whipped topping (about 8 oz) until well combined.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  7. Spread the pudding over the cheesecake layer evenly.
  8. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  9. Sprinkle reserved crushed Oreos on top.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  11. Before serving, add gummy worms on top if desired.
