Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, reserving the remaining 1/2 cup for topping.
