Easy Chicken Pie Squares are a simple twist on classic chicken pot pie, featuring tender chicken, creamy vegetable filling, and a golden flaky crust baked into convenient squares. 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 sheet refrigerated pie crust or puff pastry
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Roll out the pie crust or puff pastry and lay it over the top of the filling. Trim excess dough and gently press the edges into the dish.
