Easiest Chocolate Almond Clusters are a simple, no-bake treat that combines rich chocolate and crunchy almonds. With only a few ingredients, these clusters are quick to make and are the perfect snack or gift idea. They’re sweet, salty, and packed with flavor—ideal for satisfying your chocolate cravings!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups whole almonds (roasted or raw, depending on preference)
  • 8 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)
  • A pinch of sea salt (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stovetop.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the whole almonds. If you prefer, you can lightly toast the almonds in a dry pan over medium heat for a few minutes to enhance their flavor, but this is optional.
  3. Add the almonds into the melted chocolate and stir gently to coat them evenly with the chocolate.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop small spoonfuls of the chocolate-almond mixture and drop them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Each spoonful will form a small cluster of chocolate-covered almonds.
  5. If you’d like, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each cluster for added flavor.
  6. Let the chocolate clusters set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or place them in the refrigerator to speed up the process (about 10-15 minutes).
  7. Once set, the clusters are ready to serve! Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for longer freshness.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week at room temperature or 2 weeks in the fridge. If the clusters become too soft, briefly chill them in the refrigerator.Try different nuts like cashews, pecans, or walnuts for variation. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. To make the recipe vegan, use dairy-free chocolate. If you prefer larger or smaller clusters, adjust the spoonful size accordingly.
