Delicious fruit salad is a refreshing and vibrant mix of seasonal fruits tossed together to create a naturally sweet and juicy dish. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, picnics, or as a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup orange or mandarin segments
  • 12 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly.
  2. Prepare the fruit by hulling and slicing strawberries, halving grapes, peeling and dicing mango, pineapple, and kiwi, and separating orange or mandarin segments.
  3. Combine all prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle lime or lemon juice over the fruit. Add honey or maple syrup if using.
  5. Gently toss the fruit to combine and coat evenly with juice and sweetener.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh mint leaves if desired.
