Date Snickers are a healthy no-bake treat made with Medjool dates, peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, and a rich chocolate coating. This easy homemade snack tastes like a natural Snickers bar, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings with wholesome ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1216 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup roasted peanuts
  • 200g (7 oz) dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits if not already pitted.
  2. Gently open each date to create space for filling.
  3. Fill each date with peanut butter and a few roasted peanuts.
  4. Press lightly to close around the filling.
  5. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip each stuffed date into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until chocolate is set.
  10. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
