Crockpot Nut Clusters are a rich and easy no-bake candy made with a blend of chocolates and crunchy nuts, melted together in a slow cooker and dropped into bite-sized treats. Perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting, these sweet and salty clusters are a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (24 oz) package white almond bark or white candy melts, chopped
  • 3 cups dry roasted peanuts (or mixed nuts of choice)
  • Optional toppings: sea salt, sprinkles, candy-coated chocolates

Instructions

  1. Line baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Place semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and chopped almond bark in a crockpot.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 1 hour, stirring every 15–20 minutes until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the nuts until fully coated in the chocolate mixture.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto prepared baking sheets using a spoon or small scoop.
  6. Immediately add optional toppings before the chocolate sets.
  7. Let clusters cool and harden at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
