1 large green cabbage
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
¾ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
