Ingredients

  • Pasta of choice (penne, spaghetti, or fettuccine)
  • Fresh spinach
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Lemon zest

  • Reserved pasta water

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
