Colorful and flavorful tortilla pinwheels filled with creamy ranch spread, smoky roasted red peppers, and fresh herbs. A quick, no-cook appetizer perfect for parties, potlucks, or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or chives, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and mayonnaise (or sour cream) until smooth and well blended.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of the ranch mixture over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle chopped roasted red peppers and fresh herbs evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pieces and arrange on a serving platter.
