  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  6. Add butter and stir until melted.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
