Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix softened butter with minced garlic and spread evenly over bread.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
  6. Add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in cooked chicken and mix well.
  8. Remove bread from oven and spread Alfredo chicken mixture evenly over each half.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Return to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley, slice, and serve.
