Cream Cheese Caramel Apple Dip is a quick, no-bake dessert featuring a fluffy cream cheese base, a rich layer of caramel sauce, and crunchy toffee bits or nuts. Served with crisp apple slices, it’s a perfect fall treat or party snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar or powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits or chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts)
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh apple slices (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji) for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with brown sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in a shallow serving dish or pie plate.
  3. Pour the caramel sauce over the top and gently spread it to cover the cream cheese layer.
  4. Sprinkle with toffee bits or chopped nuts. Add a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  5. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
  6. Serve with fresh apple slices for dipping.

Notes

  • Use whipped cream cheese for a lighter, fluffier texture.
  • Make it vegan with dairy-free cream cheese and vegan caramel sauce.
  • Try a spiced version by adding cinnamon or apple pie spice to the cream cheese layer.
  • Keep apple slices from browning by tossing them in lemon juice or a lemon-water mix.
  • Layer dip in individual cups for parties or kids’ servings.
