Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (optional, for baked version)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional garnish)
  • Crackers, crostini, or sliced apples/pears for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the wheel of brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.
  4. Sprinkle the cranberry-pistachio mixture evenly over the top of the brie.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  6. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the brie is warm and soft inside.
  7. Optional wrapped version: Place the brie on a sheet of puff pastry, add toppings, wrap, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme, if desired.
  9. Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or fruit slices.
