Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough is a creamy, protein-packed treat made with wholesome ingredients like cottage cheese, nut butter, and oat flour. This no-bake, high-protein snack is perfect for satisfying sweet cravings in a healthier way.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 23 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in oat flour and salt (if using). Mix until a thick dough forms.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Chill for 15–20 minutes in the refrigerator for a firmer texture, or enjoy immediately.
