1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Divide pizza dough into 3–4 equal portions.
On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
