Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light, depending on preference)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest (optional, for extra lime flavor)

  • 1/2 frozen banana (for creaminess)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 23 graham crackers (crumbled)

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker, colder smoothie)

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients:
    Squeeze the juice from the limes and zest one of them. Crumble the graham crackers into small pieces using a food processor or by hand.

  • Blend the smoothie:
    In a blender, combine the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest (if using), frozen banana, honey or maple syrup, graham cracker crumbs, and shredded coconut. Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie.

  • Taste and adjust:
    Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or maple syrup if you want it sweeter, or more lime juice for extra tang.
