Ingredients

  • 2 large apples (Granny Smith or Red Delicious, diced)
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved (green or red)
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces. Halve the grapes, slice the celery, and chop the toasted walnuts into smaller pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), fresh lemon juice, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
