Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a thicker texture)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel and segment the orange, cut the pineapple into chunks (if using fresh), peel the ginger, and chop the banana if using.
  2. Blend the smoothie: Add all the ingredients (orange, pineapple, ginger, banana, coconut water, and ice) into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
