These Cinnamon Toast Crunch Rice Krispie Treats are an easy no-bake dessert made with marshmallows, butter, Rice Krispies, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. Soft, chewy, and packed with cinnamon-sugar flavor, these cereal bars are perfect for parties, holidays, and quick sweet cravings.
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
10 oz mini marshmallows
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease with butter.
In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Remove from heat and gently fold in Rice Krispies and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal until evenly coated.
Transfer mixture to prepared pan and press evenly using a spatula or lightly greased hands. Do not press too firmly.
Let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until set.
Slice into 16–20 squares and serve.
