These Cinnamon Toast Crunch Rice Krispie Treats are an easy no-bake dessert made with marshmallows, butter, Rice Krispies, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. Soft, chewy, and packed with cinnamon-sugar flavor, these cereal bars are perfect for parties, holidays, and quick sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

  • 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

  • 10 oz mini marshmallows

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease with butter.

  • In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.

  • Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.

  • Stir in vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.

  • Remove from heat and gently fold in Rice Krispies and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal until evenly coated.

  • Transfer mixture to prepared pan and press evenly using a spatula or lightly greased hands. Do not press too firmly.

  • Let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until set.

  • Slice into 16–20 squares and serve.
