Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz jar dried beef, finely chopped (reserve ¼ cup for rolling)

  • 5 green onions, finely chopped (reserve ¼ cup for rolling)

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, chopped dried beef (reserving ¼ cup), chopped green onions (reserving ¼ cup), and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.

  • Shape Cheese Ball: Transfer the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Gather the edges of the wrap and twist to form a ball shape. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

  • Coat Cheese Ball: Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the reserved chopped dried beef and green onions to coat evenly.
