Ingredients

  • 1–2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)

Instructions

  • Slice the bread horizontally. Lightly toast if desired for extra texture.

  • Drizzle olive oil evenly over the cut sides of the bread.

  • Layer the sliced mozzarella over the bottom half.

  • Add sliced tomatoes evenly on top of the mozzarella.
