Cannoli Dip is a creamy, sweet dessert dip inspired by the classic Italian pastry. Made with ricotta, mascarpone, and mini chocolate chips, it’s a no-bake treat perfect for dipping cookies, fruit, or waffle cones.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese, well-drained
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cinnamon or orange zest
  • Optional toppings: extra mini chocolate chips, chopped pistachios, or chocolate sauce
  • Suggested dippers: waffle cone pieces, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or sliced fruit

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat ricotta and mascarpone cheese together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Add optional cinnamon or orange zest if using.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional chocolate chips or chopped pistachios.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes for best texture and flavor.
  6. Serve with your choice of dippers and enjoy cold.
