  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (regular or panko)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional, to mellow the sauce)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small meatballs (about 1–1.5 inches) and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Toss the cooked meatballs in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
