Brownie Batter Dip is a rich, creamy no-bake dessert that tastes just like fudgy brownie batter—without any raw eggs or untreated flour. Perfect for dipping cookies, fruit, or pretzels, it’s a quick and crowd-pleasing treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups boxed brownie mix (heat-treated)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Dippers: graham crackers, pretzels, cookies, fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the brownie mix by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes or microwaving in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the cooled brownie mix, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in mini chocolate chips, if using.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra chocolate chips, if desired.
  6. Serve with your favorite dippers like graham crackers, cookies, or fruit.
