Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional, for more sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in brown sugar and cook until it melts into the garlic.
