Boozy Popsicles

Boozy popsicles are refreshing frozen treats made with fresh fruit, juice, and your favorite spirits. They’re colorful, customizable, and perfect for summer parties, barbecues, or relaxing by the pool.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh fruit (berries, peaches, or watermelon)
  • 1 cup fruit juice (orange, pineapple, cranberry, or lemonade)
  • 12 tbsp sweetener (optional, honey or simple syrup)
  • Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

  1. Puree or chop fruit, depending on your preferred texture.
  2. In a bowl or blender, mix fruit, juice.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or syrup if needed.
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for 6–8 hours or until fully solid.
  6. To release, run molds briefly under warm water before serving.

Notes

  • Do not add too much alcohol—about 1/4 to 1/3 of the liquid max—or the popsicles won’t freeze solid.
  • Layer different fruit mixtures for colorful striped popsicles.
  • Frozen fruit can be used; just thaw and blend with juice.
  • Best enjoyed within 1 month of freezing.
