Banana Coffee is a creamy, naturally sweet, and energizing drink that blends ripe banana with bold coffee and milk. Perfect served hot or iced, it’s a healthy and refreshing twist on your usual coffee routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee (hot or chilled)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon
  • Ice cubes (if serving iced)

Instructions

  1.  coffee and let cool slightly if serving iced.
  2. In a blender, combine banana, milk, coffee, and optional add-ins like honey, vanilla, or cinnamon.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. For a hot version, reheat gently in a saucepan without boiling. For iced, pour over ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen banana for a thicker, smoothie-like drink.Blend in peanut butter or protein powder for a more filling option.Turn into a frappé by adding more ice and blending until slushy.Can be made with decaf coffee for a caffeine-free version.Best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
