Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole is a comforting, cheesy pasta bake made with layers of spaghetti, savory meat sauce, and a creamy cream cheese mixture. Baked until golden and bubbly, it’s a hearty, family-friendly dinner or potluck favorite.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 oz marinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sour cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Layer half of the cooked spaghetti in the baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
  7. Add the remaining spaghetti, then pour the meat sauce evenly over everything.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top.
  9. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  10. Garnish with parsley before serving.
