Ingredients

  • 1 wheel brie cheese (812 ounces)
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place the brie wheel in a small baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces if needed.
