This Baileys Chocolate Pistachio Fudge is a rich, creamy no-bake dessert made with smooth chocolate, crunchy pistachios, and a hint of Baileys Irish Cream. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or indulgent treats, this easy fudge recipe delivers a luxurious texture and irresistible flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios (plus extra for topping)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in Baileys Irish Cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Fold in most of the pistachios, reserving some for topping.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle remaining pistachios on top and gently press them in.
  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
  • Lift fudge out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
